RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I want you to really love what you buy from me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to me within 14 days for a prompt refund, exchange or credit. However, since each item is made to order we have to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Any returned item needs to be in its original condition. It must also be carefully packed in the original packaging and safely shipped to us INSURED via UPS or insured registered mail. PLease use a hard box or case to insure that the jewelry is not damaged. We cannot accept the return of damaged, tangled or worn merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

NATURAL VARIATION
Please note that, while I try my best to hand-pick matching gemstones in all my jewelry, nearly all stones vary in color, size and shape to some degree.

REPAIRS
I fully stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all my jewelry. However, if any piece is in need of repair, I will be happy to repair it for you. Simply contact me. Some material charges may apply.

SHIPPING POLICY
All items are made to order. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. If quicker turnaround is needed, please contact us at: sales@silvergirldesigns.com

All Items are subject to shipping, handling & insurance fee of $15.00

All shipments are made 2 Day UPS, and must be delivered to a street address. No deliveries can be made to PO Boxes.

Shipments are fully insured. Purchases over $1,000 may be subject to special insurance and handling fees.
